Interview
Interviewed for Business Analyst position through employee referral. Was interviewed over the phone by a Business Analyst. Interview was close to 45 minutes. It was a technical round so main focus was SQL. Started off with general introductions, roles/responsibilities and describing some analysis that I have worked on. This took about 30 minutes. The last 15 minutes focused on SQL.

Interview
I submitted my resume and then was contacted via email to have a "video interview." They pretty much wanted you to think on your feet and answer some questions, but it was impersonal, awkward, and a one-way dialogue. Not like the two-way dialogue that an interview is supposed to be.
It seemed they use the shotgun approach when it comes to hiring.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Box in May 2014
Interview
Asked behavioral and case study like questions. Also asked about previous experience and thoughts on the product etc. Pretty expected. People were prompt in responding, HR was straightforward. They were respectful and honest, not trying to be tricky. I honestly enjoyed interviewing them because it felt like they actually wanted to get to know me and weren't just waiting for me to make a mistake.
