Interview
Submitted application, then received an email for phone interview less than a week after. I never got the call because the recruiter emailed me 10 minutes in that she might have been entering the wrong number. So we rescheduled a week later. On our 2nd try, she never called, with an email after the weekend saying she was sick and asking to reschedule. I gave her my availability, with no response. I followed up after and still no response. It was extremely unprofessional and unfortunate since Box seemed like a great company to work for.

Interview
The interview process was comprised of 2 phone interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with the recruiter for the position, and then a Google Hangout with 4 customer success managers. Before the Google Hangout, I had a written exercise to complete and was given instructions for a presentation to give during the hangout. Overall, the interview process was pretty simple and everyone was very friendly and super helpful. However, the process was drawn out for a very long time.
