I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Box (Redwood City, CA) in Sept 2016
Interview
Within a week of submitting my resume I was contacted for a phone interview. Had 2 phone interviews and 2 on-site interviews. The interviews were a mix of panel interviews and and 1 on 1. Each interviewer was very well prepared and they were very punctual. It was made very clear to me that they valued my time as much as theirs. They were very open and transparent. Left plenty of time for me to ask questions and were focused not only on my past, but how I would fit overall within the team.
They asked me to arrive 15 minutes for the interview and gave me a tour of building as well as the work space I would be assigned to - which I thought was a great touch! So often you go through an interview and only get to see the inside of a conference room - it was great to be able to see where I would be working.
I could not have asked for a better interview experience!

The interviewer called late, asked basic interview questions, and mentioned following up on the next steps within the week. Didn't hear from them for weeks, then received a rejection with no explanation.

How have you utilised data in the recruitment process?
This was a 3 step process. Started with a Recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager and lastly went through a virtual panel assessment. Overall process was a very positive experience.
