Box Associate Customer Success Manager interview questions

The first interview was a phone interview with a recruiter. This was a basic interview to gain more background information on my experience. From there a second phone interview with a department lead was scheduled. The second interview involved more in-depth questions, specifically focusing on why you wanted to work for Box, and "what would you do" in certain situations.
