At first it went well. I had an interview on Zoom with two folks from the department. I then had an interview in person on campus with the director. I sent thank you emails both times and got responses. I reached out the next week for an update and I was told they were still interviewing, but would get back to everyone shortly And then I never heard back from them again. I followed up three times but never heard back. I found this to be extremely unprofessional.
