2 interviews. One with the sales manager and other with the sales director . Held at one of their regional offices , Interview was around 1 hr in length and they were looking for sales advisors with previous experience in the industry

Interview
Very informal. Sat down in a showhome and had a chat. Didn't even really ask me much about the role, more about how I fit into working with others. Explained Bovis a little. Seemed more bothered about how social I am than my previous experience.
