Received a phone interview setup by the recruiter after applying. The phone screen was with a junior level recruiter who basically just asked me why I'm looking to make a change. That's it-- additionally she couldn't answer most of my questions and we completed the call. I know the first phone screen should be basic questions but this girl did not ask me any questions related to me skills or background--I find that unacceptable for any company to have their recruiters represent the company in that manner. I was not impressed at all. I tried to follow up but didn't receive anything back, clearly the recruitment department needs people who can do justice for hiring.
