They will ask you what do you know about the company, what products they are making it. Then is more about your experience they will ask you to describe some scenarios (example tell me about team work in your previous company) to check how you deal with stress time management and team work.

Did you ever experience,in your previous employment, a time where you had difficulty to work with some people on your team? How did you deal with it?
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.

My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
