Interview
The assistant manager was very friendly, she simply and factually explained everything to me about my job duties and the environment within the restaurant. I was comfortable talking to my interviewer, and we had a great rapport.
Two-Stage process -- once with a general manager and another with a lead host. Very basic interview questions. I noticed that the process changed while working there, some people one got one interview while others had multiple.

Interview
Casual, mostly have to do 2 interviews with 2 different managers. The mangers ask basic questions like why do you want to work here, how do you handle conflict, when was a time you had a problem and how did you solve it.
