Interview
It only took them two days to get back to me after I applied. I had a phone interview with one person and was handed over a task to complete before we would meet again a week later in person at their offices. This is pre-covid.) The in-person interview took about an hour and two people asked questions and took notes. I heard back only a couple of days later that they decided on another applicant. The whole process took about two weeks.

A teacher doesn't fill out the required report about the program. When you remind them, they say that they have too much work to do at this moment. How do you react?

Interview
I was invited for a 30 minute phone interview the day after I handed in my application. Half of it was more information about the company. A week after the phone interview I was invited to a personal interview, which lasted about an hour. About half of the questions were about personal experiences and the other half were situational questions. Three weeks later, I received the rejection per e-mail. The salary is not negotiable.

There is a first interview with two individuals and then a second interview with two other individuals if the candidate is seriously being considered. They respond to resumes very quickly.
