Boston Medical Center Director, Process Improvement interview questions

Multiple rounds starting off with several written questions needing to be submitted as part of the initial application submittal. Didn't hear anything for a couple months then went through multiple interviews with the feedback of " a decision will be made next week". After a couple weeks, I reached out for an update, I was told the role was being shelved indefinitely. No further updates were provided then a couple weeks later, the job was reposted without any information offered to me and other candidates. The process I went through lasted about 3 months without any courtesy to the time invested.
