I interviewed first with a program coordinator, who was very nice. She gave me the information about the job, schedule, etc, and asked me about my work experience. She repeatedly warned me that the president of the company was difficult to work for, and that I would probably be asked to do a lot of things beyond a typical receptionist's job duties. I later sat down with the president, who didn't ask me anything about my work experience or give me any information about the job. Instead I was asked about my personal life, my religion, and my political beliefs, and then he proceeded to ramble for over an hour about his personal philosophies and religious practices, how successful he was, etc. This whole thing took place while he was eating lunch. It was extremely uncomfortable, and I should have walked away from the job right there. However, I needed something part time during college, the schedule worked for me, and frankly I was too shocked to realize just how inappropriate this was.
