Interview
Two rounds consisting of two one on one interviews each. Each interview was structured the same - about 10 minutes "fit" questions, about 30 minutes for a case, and the remaining few minutes are left to ask the interviewer some questions. Because the interviews are short (45 minutes each) the questioning is fast paced and they do ask several follow up questions to dive into your experiences in depth. Standard interview questions (leadership, team experiences, etc.), but make sure you put a lot of thought into the answers you provide.

Describe a time you demonstrated leadership and the impact that you had in that role.
3x case interviews, interviewee led, questions about experience and relevant background, always dig deeper to understand details eg on leadership experience. Cases vary all the time, need to ne ready for anything. Thinking js rewarded
Case interview about merger and acquisition
Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure

Prova GMAT+ Case + inglês seguida de duas rodadas de duas case interview. Entrevistas bem desafiadoras e exigentes já que o entrevistador somente responde suas perguntas e não dá muitas informações sobre o case.
