It was called the introductory chat where the Senior Associate asked me to walk through my resume and a case study question. Overall it was less formal and quite chill because the interviewer was really nice

I had two interviews directly with the project team. Each was a standard 45-minute session combining a fit and case interview. The interviewers were very nice, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.
