Interview
The process consisted of a phone interview as well as two virtual interviews with different members of the team. The interviews were scheduled back to back and lasted no longer than 30 mins each.

Went through like 8 rounds! Ended with a coffee chat then finally got offer. Make sure to be detailed in answers and show your personality amongst the 76 questions they’ll ask you haha

It was a great experience overall. From the virtual interviews to those at the office, they were all trying their best to make it a positive experience. They were curious about the previous experiences.

Multiple stages, including an initial phone screening, meeting with several members of the admin team and the manager. Candidates are evaluated on organizational abilities, communication skills, discretion, and cultural fit. The process was about 2 weeks long.
