Interview
The first step of the hiring process consist in testing the logic skills and the behavior under pressure. They made up group of twenty people and ask to make a short presentation about the professional or educational path. Then it is necessary to do a test based on math, it is impossible to finish it because the time given is too short but i think that they evaluate the skill of working under pressure in this way. Finally candidates must carry out a logic test.

Two case interviews, interviewee led, not quant heavy, fit questions at first then the rest of time is cracking the case. Fit questions relatively easy, no behavioral, just walk me through your resume

The interview felt very unstructured. The interviewer seemed disengaged throughout, taking extended breaks and not fully explaining the technical task. The time allotted to complete the problem was insufficient, and the session ended abruptly
