Three sets of case interviews with progressively more senior members of the office. These were preceeded by one fit interview that was very relaxed and nice. They prepare you well through CaseCoach.

Question 1
Describe a large decision you had to make and how you went about making it.
Case study and personal experiences. They give you a lot of material to prepare with, it's a lot about structured thinking. Make sure you prepare the case study structures and know what experiences you can use to answer.
They were looking for someone who would be willing to jump in to multiple roles, not just the one advertised and the pay did not reflect my expectations for the level of work they wanted.
1st round of the interview process: A behavioral interview (virtually with an employee/consultant on the Zoom platform) and online questions (online platform multiple choices and calculations) average level of difficulty
