primera fase del proceso consiste en la resolución de un caso de negocio online. El caso online pretende comprobar tus habilidades de análisis cuantitativo, lógica y criterio empresarial, pero no requiere ningún conocimiento ni preparación específicos previos. La prueba, que será íntegramente en inglés, durará unos 40 minutos aproximadamente y constará de 2 partes:
Test vía chat-bot (35 min): tendrás que responder entre 8 y 10 preguntas consecutivas
Videoentrevista (5 min): consistirá en grabarte a ti mismo/a durante un minuto respondiendo a una pregunta a través de la herramienta

El test se realizará en remoto con un miembro de BCG presente en vídeo conferencia a través de Zoom para poder ayudarte y resolver tus dudas (recuerda que es imprescindible conectarse al Zoom para que el test sea válido).
First: CV review; Second: Online Case Game (Casey, done individually while connected on a Teams meetings with other candidates); Third: First-round interviews (2 interviews back-to-back); Last: Final-round interviews (2 interviews with Partners back-to-back).

I was encouraged to think aloud, ask clarifying questions, and summarize my approach at each step. The conversation ended with time for my questions about the role and team culture.
