Interview
Had two to three interviews with different members of the team
It seemed excessive for the skills required for the position
all behavioral Qs
they seemed committed to finding a good fit for the office, though
they know you're going to leave and go to grad school but they're looking for a two-year commitment from people

Question 1
When have you overcomed a challenge in your previous employment
I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online through job searches. From there, I was selected for a phone interview and went through that. After almost two months, I have yet to be contacted so I presume the hospital selected someone else.
Addendum: The PI did get back to me with interest, despite the posting apparently going offline. Though I am now working for a different employer, and so withdrew my application while thanking them for their interest and time.
Applied a couple weeks before the holiday break, and HR called me shortly before New Year's to ask if I was still interested, and as I still was, said that the PI was interested in inviting me onsite having seen my resume, and would plan on scheduling a visit after the PI came back from vacation. Oddly enough, never heard back again, and now the job posting is gone too. While I have since received and accepted another offer, I find it odd that any interviewer would show interest in scheduling a meeting with a candidate, and then leave them in the dust without so much as a preliminary screening.

Only "interview" I even had was HR planning to schedule me to come onsite after the PI came back, before complete radio silence
