Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital in Nov 2012
Interview
I met with a Division Manager for an AA position, then was introduced to the Chief who I would be the assistant of. The interview with the manager went well, she talked way more than I did. The interview with the Chief was strange, he asked two questions then said everything was OK.
First Round was with Interview with the HR, Second Round was an interview with Director/ Manager, and the
final selection round was meeting with the team. Overall, the interview process was easy and interviewers were very friendly.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying online for an administrative position. After speaking on the phone, I was invited to come in for an in person interview. I met with several members of the team and had a chance to speak with the person who was leaving the position. I was called back to meet with a few more people from the team and later that day was asked for my references. Submitted them via an online program and got the call from HR that i was accepted for the position about an hour later.

Question 1
The interview wasn't structured with the typical questions. They mostly asked about my work and education history and answered questions I had about the program.

Interview
Someone from HR called, discussed the position, confirmed my interest, and invited me to come in for an in-person interview with the prospective supervisor. At my interview, I received a verbal offer, and heard back officially from HR after a week. There was some back-and-forth regarding salary, but it was resolved within minutes.
