Applied to a job right out of college. Things were looking great til I answered a question in the final stage interview, the question being "Where do you see yourself in five years?". I said I was interested in law school and could see myself applying for admission in five years. It was obvious that this was an issue for them as soon as it came out of my mouth. Luckily I dodged a bullet, found a wonderful career/field that isn't filled with such pretentiousness and judgmental people, and avoided law school debt.
I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Bar Association (Boston, MA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Very professional and thorough. Interview ran on time. Nice easy dialogue and discussion. Explained position, players and culture. Sufficient time for Q&A. Next steps in the process were completely explained to appropriately set expectations.
