Interview
Submitted an audition video. Following this, I was asked to take class with the company. The artistic director likes men who can do a lot of tricks (5+ pirouettes and big jumps), and women who have performed well in competition (YAGP, Lausanne...).

Question 1
After the ballet class, I went in the artistic director's office (Mr. Nissinen) where he asked if I had much experience outside of ballet. He likes dancers that have had some experience with contemporary and Balanchine.
