The interview process began with a phone call, then a tour of the facility, followed by a brief interview. The staff was very welcoming and supportive. They asked me questions regarding my professional experience and therapeutic style. They shared that they work hard to support their staff but also their clients families and caregivers. They have a lot of parent education opportunities and seem very client focused. Overall, great experience.
