There was a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. It had typical interview questions and some small talk in between, basically trying to feel out if you are an intelligent person with good potential and fit.

Interview was very laid back. More like a one on one conversation. Asked the regular questions. There was a phone interview with HR then an interview with mid management then a 3rd interview with upper management. During the interview they made you feel comfortable and excited about the job.
