Disappointment. I interviewed with Boombit (Izmir) a year ago. After an initial phone call, they sent me a case study. They wanted ideas to improve the monetization of one of their games that was in soft launch. They gave me one week to complete the case study, and I submitted my work. Despite reaching out to HR to follow up on my application, I never received any feedback, positive or negative.
A week after submitting the case study, I saw that the game had been updated. I downloaded the game and saw that the ideas from my case study had been implemented. I emailed them again and waited for a response, but they still didn't provide any feedback, positive or negative. I understand that employees at the company might share the same perspective as me, but ghosting someone who shares your ideas is still unprofessional.
