There were two people that interviewed me. Manager asked around ten questions which he read from a sheet. A supervisor would write what I was saying & asked a couple of questions also.

Interview booked in phone once application fill online. There was 1:1 interview with just few basic interview question. Why you would like to join Makro. Are you flexible to work. Basically you don't need any skills to work and all you need to be flexible to work.

Interview
Interviewed by the manager, asked me what experience I had and what hours I could do and offered me the job there and then. I then had a tour of the depot and was introduced to my supervisor and other staff members. I started the following week.
