When interviewing for BookNook, I was required to complete an automated recorded video interview with opportunities to re-record responses to questions. The interview had to be completed for each position I applied to at the company rather than once for all positions.

Question 1
How would you foster an environment that supports students' growth mindset?
Easy to follow pre-made lessons. But getting classes is tough. Can be feast or famine, leaning more towards famine. Students in general are great, although you can get some that would benefit from an adult being in the room.
The interview and hiring process was a combination of written questions and self-recorded videos with a mock classroom scenario. You're given prompts to review and you can pause and rerecord if necessary.
