Confusing. Owner sends you a draft agreement job offer thing. He pressures you to take or leave his terms. It didn't even have my name in all the right spots and there were typos everywhere. I got a start date that moved a few times then there were more face to face interviews scheduled after I was supposed to start.

Nice people and a nice company. The company called me in after reviewing my resume, which I submitted online and I had two interviews. The first one was with HR and the second interview were with upper management. The process was typical.
