Bolt Restoration interview questions

Phone call screen, visit in Bolt offices where the interviewer was ten minutes late. She asked basic questions and then I discussed my knowledge of the industry having just replaced my roof, having to get very educated on the process. Because it is a very interesting industry with many unscrupulous contractors, it was important for me to gain in-depth knowledge of it. This seemed to surprise the interviewer. It was clear the more I dug into the company and the President of Bolt, that this would not be a good fit for me. It seems I knew too much and can't help to guess this impacted their decision. Still, despite the interviewer committing to a follow-up on next steps, regardless of the direction, the she did not make any attempt to call or e-mail me, instead hiding behind a voice mail box and e-mail address. It wasn't until I called her out for her inaction that she responded with a classless remark. The good news is that there are many other companies to work for other than Bolt.
