I had a phone interview with the founder, then was asked to come in for a physical interview with the team and then the final stage was completing a strategy preso / report for one of their festival clients. Despite spending all this time going through the process, I never heard anything back from them after submitting the final skills assessment - no follow up, thank you or anything. Just radio silence. Very unprofessional.
