The interviewers were both very professional, approachable, realistic and kind. Both interviews went well. There was an initial in-person meeting with store manager which was followed by a remote HR video interview.
It was very poorly conducted. Originally, through the wording in the email I was under the impression it was in store, only to find that it was supposed to be a zoom.
