I went there for a dotnet developer interview. The first round was a written round in which there were 10 questions. Sql,asp.net,jquery,two puzzles and a program to find to find where the entered string was palindrome or not.Next they have three technical rounds. Technical interviews were not very tough.Their focus was mainly on Sql,state management in asp.net, interfaces and little bit of programming. After clearing the written test and two technical rounds, i entered for the last round. The interviewer who came in the last round didn't have basic etiquettes to conduct a interview. He was demoralising and was passing sarcastic comments. After listening to his demotivating comments(like i don't want to know the approach just write the code, there will be no one in the company to guide you or hold your hand and make you write the code etc. etc.) He even asked my current CTC(which was none of his business) and told why should we give you this money. It's better to give this money to a fresher. The moment i came across this interviewer, i wanted to leave their premises and never visit again.Just to let them know , i work in a much bigger firm then theirs.Just go and learn the basics of conducting an interview .Feedback should be a given in a positive way and not in a negative way.I will never reapply for your company.HR should ban these type of people from taking interviews.Disgusting experience.
