Interview
I was asked basic required interview questions and allowed me to make case for my position at the company. Three engineers from current positions at the company (not HR representatives) performed the interview.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...

- Structured (Same 4 questions for everyone on the same day)
-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with

Super moderate process. HR is in India and it could be sloppy a bit.
