Uses Situation, Task, Action, Result (STAR) method. Describe a situation, the task at hand, the action you took, and the results of said action(s). Almost every question will follow the STAR method. Learn how to answer questions in this format. There will also be questions about personality, etc. Overall, not a very technical interview and fairly straightforward.

Interview
Very quick and straight forward. I applied and one week later scheduled a interview. I went to one live interview and received a offer within two weeks. The job offer was given, I have read that Boeing does not allow counters, that is not always the case. Worst case they say no, but at least you know you asked.
