Interview
Applied online. Received a call from engineering manager asking if I was interested in interviewing. Interview then set up through HR.
Structured interview included a question about diversity and inclusion.
Long delay where I continued to follow up with HR. Finally got an offer after multiple months which I accepted.
The interview process utilized the traditional star method and focused on behavioral questions. It is important to take a couple seconds before you answer to compile your thoughts. Make sure to be clear and concise so that your interviewer can follow your answers.

Interview
Applied online through their website, and was contacted a few days later for an on-site interview. They provided excellent travel accommodations for the interview, and even gave us a tour of their HI-Bay. Then, while on-site, we had two interviews: one consisting of a 10 minute technical interview, and another of a standard 10 minute STAR interview
