The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Boeing in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied in October, wasn't contacted until late January for an interview. The interview was phone-based and followed the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method. I made sure to answer all my questions in an appropriate method for the interview format.
I didn't hear anything for three weeks after the interview (or was it four?). Then I received a phonecall with the internship offer. I was excited, but confused.

Question 1
A time your work/contributions helped a group achieve success
First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
Interviewed with multiple people at once. Was overall a positive experience. Lots of follow up questions were asked -it felt like the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know you
There were three rounds of interviews with recruiter and managers followed by one final interview with executives. No assignments or briefings required as part of interviews. Overall process was around a month.
