The interview process is to find out if a personel is a good fit for the Manufacturing Engineer position to support Airplane Production Line within Boeing. The keys to the position are the knowledge of manufacturing process, commnication skill (very important) and up-coming learning process within Boeing.

how do you communicate with co-workers, mechanics, technician to get a new assignment done? how do you overcome obstacle with relating workers to achieve the best results?
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...

-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with
