Interview took place online where we joined a group and were given an introduction to the program and its outlines, followed by us being sectioned off into individual meetings where we were directly interviewed. Not super tough but the questions are different for everyone. Make notes of your education and history, such as classes taken or job titles, relevant experience such as with hand tools or software, and anything you have worked on. This is encouraged by Boeing themselves and is very helpful. They want specifics, not outlines. STAR method.
