I applied online around September and got an interview request within a week. Had an interview with 2 at the time managers, one being a senior and one a first level manager for a different site. Was rather simple and then waitied about 2 weeks until I got a offer letter. Push date was pushed by 4 months due to weird internal issues.

"Have you done any sort of mechanical work before?"
The interview was average, there's assessment that you need to complete prior to the interview. STAR method questions with three person in the room. Tell your experience and how you face certain situations in the work environment.
