I went through a recruiter for the application process. I was originally scheduled to meet with 3 people, one from HR and 2 from IT. However, it went well and they asked if I could stay to speak to director of IT and CIO and the customer. I started at 9am and finished the interview process at 4pm. This was not the normal process but they needed to fill the position soon. This was on Wednesday and I got the offer on Monday. Also not normal.
