Initial contact was with the recruiter who gave me some background info on the position and I spoke a little about my work experience..the usual. She reached out 2 days later to schedule the onsite interview. Onsite interview lasted 2 hrs - 1 hr meetings with 4 individuals, 2 at a time. The interview process was ok, everyone was pleasant enough. The interviewers went through a set of questions, nothing too hard. My interview was on a Fri and the hiring Manager said they would be making a decision by the following Monday and she would personally contact me to let me know the outcome. True to her word, she did. We had a pleasant conversation, she gave me valuable feedback and even though I wasn't offered the position, I had a pleasant experience and was treated like a professional which is not usually the case, unfortunately. I would definitely not hesitate to apply for a position with the Company.
