There was an intial telephone interview in which therw was a wide ranging discussion about my prior skills, but importantly about the company and its mission and goals. I felt I was able to get a good understanding of the company and the energy of potentially working there during this first contact. The phone interview was followed by an one on one in person interview. I was offered a position at the end of the in-person interview.
