I went through an interview process where I spoke with Bluon's Talent Acquisition Manager and six different members of management. The process was designed to determine if I would be a good fit for the team, which I appreciated as it spoke to the importance the company places on maintaining a positive culture. All of the people I interacted with were friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt that the team was genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, not just as a candidate.
