Initial contact was established on phone by BluFin after their shortlisting process made through a job portal.Technical skills were tested with respect to knowledge of finance,IT and modelling. Not very grilling, i should say. Two rounds were held attended by CEO and heads of teams. Friendly atmosphere during the interviews. Happened at a casual pace.
