Very good experience. I applied through LinkedIn. Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a phone call. During phone call he explained me the business, work culture and hiring process. There were 3 rounds of technical and behavioral interviews. First round was with hiring manager where I have been asked about my experience, previous projects and explain a recent project. It was open ended conversation and intevewer showed genuine interest in my project. In later part of the interview, he explained the business and tech stack of the company. He was friendly and courteous and I felt good about it. After this round, I received the call from recruiter and he asked me about my schedule for next rounds and after discussion those were setup for a week later. There were 3 different rounds scheduled for same day First round was with Product owner and he asked me about the development process and asked how engineering team works with Product teams in my current company. Then he explained how Product and engineering teams work with each other in Bluevine. I felt really good about it because not a very lot of companies involve Product teams in hiring process but I think they should. Second round was kind of online coding and here I found the interviewer genuinely interested and engaging. Last round was with Sr management and it was a combination of technical and behavioral questions. Again, Interviewer was very courteous and engaging in this round too and it was a frank and open discussion which I enjoyed a lot. I was contacted by recruiter few days later and he rolled out the offer. It was not only the offer but he explained everything starting from on-boarding to training and health plans. I couldn't accept the offer due to some personal reasons but I wouldn't think twice to accept, if my situation changes in future.
