A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. There were 3 rounds of interviews.
First round (online): The recruiter introduced the role, tasks and mode of working to me. I briefly introduced myself and my career experience thus far. At the end of the call, she requested for my CV and expected compensation to share with the hiring manager.
Second round (online): This was with the hiring manager about one week later. We had an open chat about the needs of the company, their expectations and mine. Some technical questions to check my understanding of the industry were asked, as were some standard questions:
1. Why I was looking to leave my current role
2. What made this position appeal to me
3. Strengths and weaknesses
Final round (in-person): I was invited to the HQ in Switzerland about two months later to present a case study to not only the hiring manager, but many from the management team. Travel expenses were reimbursed by the company.
