Bluerock Capital Markets interview questions

Applied online and received a call for 10 min phone screen. I spoke with Melissa and she told me about what the job consists of and what they company does. Standard questions about what I do and behavior questions. Scheduled an interview and then later proceeded to not answer emails and phone calls. She even decided to answer and hang up on my call. Wish they would at least respond saying they changed their minds. Waste of time for everyone.
