After a first, easy interview with HR, I had a 2 hour interview with a whole team of people who asked super-specific technical questions about the programs I was going to use. The interview was excessively long and stressful, I was asked to perform several tasks in a simulator (that worked poorly) while they all watched, it was like being back in high school!! It felt like they were hiring according to specific knowledge, which can be easily acquired through quick training, rather than potential and experience.
