Blueprint Genetics interview questions

I interviewed for a software engineer summer trainee position. The process was simple and quick. First, there was an HR interview that focused on my background and interest in the role. Then, I had an interview with the manager, who asked about my technical understanding, learning attitude, and problem-solving approach.

The interview process proceeded smoothly with three rounds. The initial round involved the talent acquisition person, followed by a session with the team, and finally, an interview with the hiring manager. Successful completion of all rounds will lead to a request for two references. Subsequently, upon successful reference checks, an offer letter will be extended to you.
