I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blueprint Consulting (KS) in Oct 2020
Interview
The recruiters in this company are an absolute joke, and it's quite clear they have zero abilities to assess talent. Which is bad for their clients. I was interviewed and given a test in a foreign language for a localization job. My English has an accent, but I speak and understand English perfectly. As for my native language, I have spoken it for 35 years, I write and speak it everyday to friends and family, and I have a degree in my language with honors. I also taught my native language and English for over 10 years. After a written test, they tried to tell me my language skills were "not adequate for the position". Utterly insulting. When I asked them to give me back my graded test, they ignored me. When I called them, they were rude.
Save yourself the disgrace of how these people treat potential employees. And if you're a company that works with this consulting firm, know that they are rude, ignorant and poorly educated!

Interview
Called me in to interview for the Account Manager position. When I arrived, I was told to fill out a basic questionnaire. In the interview room, I was told I would actually be interviewing for an entry-level sales position, and then they could promote me from within. They want to train a sales person, have them start training people, and then eventually move and open a new office somewhere else. Primary job responsibilities would be cold-approach sales (even though job description included leads) in big box stores such as Costco, Wal-Mart, and Best Busy selling AT&T and DirecTV products. Definitely felt like a pyramid-structured company. I ended the interview early.

Interview
Had a short conversation with HR went in for initial interview. Then he proceeded to tell me that all Account managers start out working in a Best Buy or Walmart selling satellite or cell phones - Im in my late 30s with 2 young kids - I left my last job because of the long hours and had just told him this. I would have never gone in to interview had I known this. Its a waste of time. It's retail.
